Evening Relaxation Flow-
Slow, steady, strong. By focusing on control of the breath and pairing breath with movement, class participants will be guided into a relaxing evening practice that incorporates controlled movements, lengthening the breath, and quieting the mind. All levels.

Yoga Sculpt-
A unique combination of hot vinyasa with a weighted boot-camp class. Taught to music, high energy, ending in relaxation. Experience or wide range of movement encouraged.
