We are looking to add a few more faces to our service team this season. (bartenders, hosts, event staff, support staff & servers)
Full or part time positions are available.
Our season runs May - October. Some service experience is preferred, but don’t let that deter you from reaching out!
Housekeeping and Hospitality
We are currently looking to fill a Housekeeping and Hospitality position from June - September, morning to early afternoon shifts, approximately 20 hours per week. The housekeeping and hospitality position at Hotel Washington is essential for making our guests feel at home. Providing a clean, peaceful environment with exceptional service is what brings people back to us year after year.
Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and is committed to encourage and support you in your work experience at the hotel. This position’s duties are primarily housekeeping in rooms and common areas of the Hotel with additional guest service responsibilities.
We value hard work, a friendly attitude, clear communication, working with a team and noticing those little details that make a difference. We ask that you are always ready to lend a helping hand, laugh a little (or a lot) and be excited to help support our vision for our little business on Washington Island.

Kitchen Internship
Interested in a short-term kitchen internship? You can help us process the bounty of organic produce we get every week and see first hand how produce goes from “farm to fork”. If you are interested in a longer-term internship there may be opportunities to learn more skills throughout the restaurant or help some of our partner farms as well.

Studio Guest Teachers
We are always looking for guest yoga and movement instructors! Regular or occasional weekday classes, workshops, retreats or 1-2 week series from July to September.
