Restorative -
A gentle restorative class for every body. Slow down, stretch and reset your body and mind. All levels.

Mindful Flow -
A moderately paced flow class focusing on mindful movement, intentional transitions + breath. All levels.

Heated Vinyasa -
Feel empowered with this energetic flow designed to cultivate strength, balance and flexibility with the benefits of infrared heat at 95 degrees. Experience or wide range of movement encouraged.

Vinyasa -
All things vinyasa minus the heat.

Yoga Sculpt-
A unique combination of hot vinyasa with a weighted boot-camp class. Taught to music, high energy, ending in relaxation. Experience or wide range of movement encouraged.

Balance + Resistance -
Slow controlled movements with little to no weight. Lower body specific with a mix of combinations incorporating the upper body.

Yin & Gong Workshop -
Rejuvenate your body and soul with a gentle meditative yin yoga class intertwined with the healing vibration of sound massage therapy. Gong bath meditation is a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about deep relaxation.
