Join Sarah Litterio for an accessible, energetic flow that pairs movement with breath. Start with a lovely warm-up followed by pose sequences designed to build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance. All in a moderately paced, no-rush, atmosphere. Leave refreshed and revitalized!
