Stretch, reach, relax and enjoy. This class is for all levels of yoga enthusiasts, from first-timers to more experienced. Sarah Litterio, RYT, specializes in classes accessible and enjoyable for all. Take time to breathe, move, and recalibrate for the week ahead.
Classes are one hour and fifteen minutes long.
