An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 26, 2018
A weekly one-hour class that focuses on balance, strength, stretch and posture. Some seated work, but most standing since we all spend too much time in chairs already. 🙂 Each student has a chair nearby, however, to assist with balance as well as eliminating floor-to-standing or seated transitions. Wear comfortable clothing, bring sense of humor and willingness to investigate new ways to move and change. Taught by Mari Anderson, 200-hr. RYT
