New and exciting for the 2016 season, our menu will begin to include produce grown on the Hotel’s own eight-acre Island farm. Watch for the edible results of our volunteer gardeners’ hard work!
Celebrating a collaborative spirit, our partnerships with other Island, Door County and regional Wisconsin growers and producers will continue to be a priority under the direction of Chef Mike Hofmann. From Portland, OR, to Scottsdale, AZ, Chef Mike has been developing a reputation for imaginative, continually updated menus that pair fresh ingredients with creative preparation for delightful, nourishing results.
