Sarah Litterio is ready to energize your weekend with a 75-minute yoga flow that will both invigorate and center. Breath and movement partner to build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility. This class will focus on flow and fluidity, offering a wide range of postures. Especially enjoyable for those with some yoga experience.
