Taught by Grace Remke, this class focuses on building strength and tuning into proper alignment via an intense spotlight on engaging core strength. Come ready to move slowly yet potently through abdominal exercises, flow into standing postures. Leave feeling more well-rounded and balanced in your overall practice.
